As a UK customer, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without needing to give a reason. At Suavia, we go further: we offer you 30 calendar days from delivery to return your purchase, no questions asked.

To start a return, message us with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. The product must be returned complete and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or doesn't match what you ordered, in which case we cover them in full.

Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used to pay.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of sanding heads that have been unsealed and used, unless they're faulty. The main device can still be returned even if it's been tried.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
