Suavia runs this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services offered to you, the customer, to create a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Your order will not be accepted until Suavia confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. You should review your order carefully before completing a purchase, as Suavia may not be able to cancel an order once it has been accepted. If we don't accept, or if we change or cancel an order, we'll try to notify you by email, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
You may only return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our refund policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or household use, and not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs procedures, or events outside our control. Once we hand products over to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that any failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice as a result.
